Job Summary:
The Barcode Mail Team Lead I will oversee the production floor area and assist the Barcode Supervisor to ensure that all work is scanned and sorted according to company standards.

We are hiring 2 Barcode Mail Team Leads as below:
1.  AM Shift:  from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm 
2.  PM Shift:  from 3:00 pm to 12:00 pm 

Note:  The training for this position will take place in our Headquarters in Weston, FL. Candidates must be willing to travel to FL for the duration of the training (4-6 weeks). The company will cover the following expenses: airfare, hotel, car rental, food, per our business travel policy. 

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Accomplishes department objectives by organizing and monitoring work processes.
• Manual inspection of printed material and trays before subsequent removal and sleeving of trays from the conveyor.
• Aid on production line as needed.
• Maintains a safe work environment by maintaining company standards.
• Create an environment that promotes positive communication.
• Follows all required safety procedures and communicates all concerns regarding safety to department manager.
• Work with other departments to ensure job schedules are maintained and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
• General warehouse and other duties as assigned.

• Ability to delegate assignments as needed.
• Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in mail processing is a plus.
