Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate blending equipment to mix chemicals according to specified formulas and procedures
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety guidelines
- Monitor and adjust blending parameters to achieve desired product specifications
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of blending activities, including batch records and inventory logs
- Safely handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with CGMP regulations
- Assist with materials handling, including receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and finished products
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel to conduct product testing and analysis
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste Skills
- Previous experience in chemical blending or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and materials handling
- Familiarity with machining equipment used in chemical manufacturing processes
- Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
- Proficient in operating forklifts or other material handling equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
