Job Title: Construction Framer and Finisher

Company: Stone Gate Development Group LLC

Location: Across the Ohio Valley Region

Responsibilities:

1. Framing:

• Accurately measure and cut lumber or other materials as per construction plans and specifications.
• Assemble and erect structural framework for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
• Ensure framing is level, plumb, and square, adhering to established building codes and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely completion of framing tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance of tools and equipment used in framing.

2. Finishing:

• Install doors, windows, and trim work with precision and attention to detail.
• Apply finishing materials such as drywall, plaster, and paint to achieve a polished and professional appearance.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate finishing tasks efficiently.
• Perform touch-ups and minor repairs to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite during and after the finishing process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Framer and Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to framing and finishing work.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in framing and finishing.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
