Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, and property division.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests and rights.
3. Manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met and all case documents are properly prepared and filed.
4. Conduct thorough and diligent case research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies.
5. Counsel clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping them to make informed decisions.
6. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.
7. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all professional ethics standards.
8. Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and respond promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
9. Participate in continuing legal education to stay updated on changes in family law.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
4. Proven experience in litigation, mediation, case management, and client counseling.
5. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
8. High level of empathy and understanding in dealing with clients facing emotional distress.
9. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage a heavy caseload.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
11. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism.
12. Demonstrated ability to maintain client confidentiality.
