The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing document and data processing and general office support to JLL Lease Administration's on-site personnel. The Administrative Assistant position assists with the timely processing of real estate lease documents by checking lease packages for completeness and accuracy, scanning and uploading onto the appropriate scanned database or lease data management system and may from time to time abstract leases. The Administrative Assistant should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook. . Scans documents for uploading onto lease data management system or other database Reviews lease packages for completeness and compliance to Company's Schedule of Authorizations Prints, logs, and distributes lease documents related mail (email) to lease associates for processing Reviews documents, bookmarks, and abstracts certain clauses per local practices Works with Client's Business Partners to establish / update internal non-lease data Works with Client's Business Partners to establish / update vendor information to ensure accurate and timely payments / billing refunds Edits and compiles data from a variety of sources Performs basic calculations (utilizing calculator or spreadsheet formulas) Other projects / duties as requiredQualifications: 1-2 years in a support role Possesses working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft OutlookBeneficial Skills and Experience: Real Estate knowledge a plus Multilingual a plus JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
