About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing our sales operations, marketing operations and customer success operations processes, managing our CRM (Salesforce), HubSpot (marketing operations), and ensuring the smooth integration of various sales tools. You will work closely with internal and external teams to drive process improvements and support the sales team's success. You will be the go to person for revenue operations within the organization giving you full ownership over the function.

  • Managing and optimizing day-to-day sales operations activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company's goals.
  • Overseeing the management of key CRM objects and data such as leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Overseeing our data governance including sourcing and iterating on our ICP, outbound campaigns, etc.
  • You are comfortable being the only ops person and working as part of a small team.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement and refine sales processes, including lead and account assignment. Identifying areas for increased pipeline generation and other sales efficiencies.
  • Integrating and maintaining modern third-party sales tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo.io, Clay, HubSpot, and others to ensure seamless operation and data flow.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the sales operations platforms and tools.
  • Providing reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to sales leadership for better decision-making.
  • Training and supporting the sales team in using CRM and other sales tools effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (or equivalent job experience).
  • Experience developing deep working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce (B2B use case), including managing key CRM objects and making process improvements.
  • Proficiency with other sales tech tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and more.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and data analysis.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines.

Compensation Range

$120,000—$160,000 USD
