We are currently seeking a seasoned, highly motivated Senior Staff Scientist to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that is ideal for a professional with a strong background in engineering, specifically in the areas of cooling heating, boiling heat transfer, thermal fluid system, and thermal engineering. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Staff Scientist, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage complex engineering projects related to HVAC cooling heating, boiling heat transfer, thermal fluid system, and thermal engineering.
2. Conduct comprehensive research and development activities to enhance our understanding and application of various thermal systems.
3. Develop and implement advanced algorithms and models to predict and optimize the performance of thermal systems.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and scientists.
6. Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, conveying complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and products.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Senior Staff Scientist role, applicants must have:
1. A Master's degree in Engineering, Thermal Sciences, or a related field. A PhD is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus in cooling heating, boiling heat transfer, thermal fluid system, and thermal engineering.
3. Proven experience in leading and managing complex engineering projects.
4. Strong knowledge of thermal systems, with the ability to develop and implement advanced algorithms and models.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
7. The ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines to achieve project goals.
